This Level 4 New Zealand Certificate in Health and Wellbeing, with strands in advanced care and support, provides people who have experience in a health or wellbeing environment with the skills, knowledge and attributes required to provide advanced person-centred support to those with complex needs. This also enables them to take a leadership role in the healthcare workplace, particularly in the aged care field.

Completing this programme also allows you to work with a minimum pay of $28.25 an hour according to the New Zealand Government's pay parity agreement (starting from 1 July 2022).
Note: The geographical range for acceptance into this programme will take place in the Auckland and Greater Waikato area to ensure that NZSE College can manage a suitable 200 hour work placement which is a compulsory requirement for this programme.
